By accessing or using our website, purchasing a membership, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this site or any of its services. These Terms apply to all site visitors, members, and customers.
 
2. Services Overview
This site provides educational resources, digital tools, and personalized assistance for individuals seeking Italian dual citizenship by descent. Your purchase includes access to our online platform, downloadable templates, checklists, and direct guidance through live consultations. Members are entitled to up to six (6) 15-minute phone or Zoom consultations per calendar month for personalized support.

3. User Accounts
To access membership content, you must register for an account. In registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information

  • Keep your login credentials confidential

  • Take full responsibility for all activity under your account
     

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are associated with fraudulent or abusive behavior.
 
4. Membership Fees & Billing
All fees are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change.
When purchasing a membership:

  • You authorize us or our payment processor to charge your selected payment method.

  • Monthly subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

  • It is your responsibility to manage or cancel your subscription.

  • By subscribing, you agree to our Refund Policy.


5. Refund Policy
Please refer to our full Refund Policy, which outlines the conditions under which partial refunds may be offered for the Done-With-You tier.

Please note that it is assumed that you know you are eligible for Italian Citizenship by Descent before purchasing this program. No refunds are issued for the Done-For-You tier once onboarding is complete and work has begun.

You may not copy, share, distribute, or modify any materials without prior written consent.

Violation of these terms may result in account termination without refund.
